Autoinfortech LTD's multi channel UV light source, the high radiation intensity of the UV-LED light chip. The output peak wavelength is 365 nm, 385nm, 395nm and 405nm pure ultraviolet monochromatic light, which avoids the radiation effect of the cured light band beyond 350-400 nm. The output beam does't contain infrared ray, which reduces the temperature rise of the workpiece to be irradiated, and is suitable for low temperature, high precision and small thermal deformation bonding process. Compared with the traditional UV curing machine with high pressure mercury lamp, the energy consumption is greatly saved, and the power consumption of the four irradiation heads of the LED point light source is less than 30W. The irradiation head adopts unique heat treatment technology, which effectively prevents the decrease of radiation intensity caused by the long time operation of LED and the rise of temperature, thus ensuring stable ultraviolet radiation.

According to the requirements of the station, a plurality of irradiation heads can be controlled individually or in order to meet the requirements of different working stations. In the past the traditional high pressure mercury lamp type UV point light source of the occasion, light can be completely done now with a AIT-UVL-01, save equipment investment.
