The automatic glue coupling machine is a real, one button, fully automatic glue coupling equipment developed by Autoinfortech LTD. It is mainly applied to the coupling of the receiving end of the optical active device, and the coupling speed is as high as 5~10 seconds/ea ; in addition, it is also suitable for the TOSA of the 850 product. One time glue, one coupling.
Our full automatic glue coupling machine, the wide range of application: ROSA products, BOSA PD end, Triplex receiving end, 850 TOSA and ROSA (viscose series).
The equipment structure is perfect, including 3 parts: mainly the circuit control part, the mechanical movement part and the software control part.
The operation is convenient and flexible, it can operate 2 units for 1operator, and also can be used on a single machine.
Coupling related coupling data can be saved either by single machine or by uploading data to the server. It is convenient for data tracking, query, statistics and so on.
Basic mode of operation:
The operator installs the material -- automatic glue -- automatic coupling -- Automatic UV curing --- manually remove the coupling device.
